This webinar will go through a litigated divorce process explaining the procedure of a court proceeding and Beis Din. The purpose is that the mental health professionals, whose patients are going through the process to understand the steps. Additionally, we will explain how the treating therapist and children will need to be involved in possible child custody evaluations.
