  • Cancel between 11/27/23 through 12/10/23 - 75% refund of the conference fee and accommodation fee
  • Cancel between 12/11/23 through 12/23/23 - 50% refund of the conference fee and accommodation fee
  • Cancel on or after 12/24/23 - No refunds
