DAF YOMI from a psychological perspective.

Mareh Mekomos 111

Like vinegar to the teeth, Like smoke to the eyes, Is a lazy man to those who send him on a mission

Alshich ibid

How to Work with a Passive Aggressive Person:

1. Avoid power struggles

2. Set up counsequences that can be anticipated, that the person will encounter, but that insulates you from the fallout.

3. Take it issue by issue

4. Do not be hostile and do not try to "teach them a lesson"

5. Brace yourself for the person to fail many times, and find ways to protect yourself from collateral damage without it leading to your own suffering such as late credit card payment, missing flights etc. Listen to the video for examples of how to do this.
