About the Presenter

Dr. Brent is a child and adolescent psychiatrist whose research and clinical work has focused on the understand the causes and prevention of adolescent depression and suicidal behavior. He is a Distinguished Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and holds an Endowed Chair in Suicide Studies.
