With 5 years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in working with adult women who are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and unresolved trauma. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help you explore the unconscious patterns and past experiences that shape your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. My goal is to bring awareness to these dynamics, allowing you to gain insight, process emotions, and create lasting change.

In addition to my psychodynamic foundation, I integrate techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Somatic Experiencing (SE). These evidence-based modalities allow me to work with clients in a holistic way, addressing emotional, mental, and physical aspects of healing.

IFS helps you connect with and heal different parts of yourself, fostering a compassionate inner dialogue. EMDR is particularly effective for processing trauma and emotional wounds, while SE focuses on releasing physical tension stored in the body. By integrating these approaches, I aim to help you heal on a deeper, more comprehensive level.
